Frequently Asked Questions
Will my insurance reimburse me for visits?
Many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits that can partially reimburse you for visits and services. After each appointment, we provide a detailed superbill with the diagnosis and procedure codes your insurance needs to process a claim. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so we recommend calling your insurer to ask about your out-of-network benefits before your first visit.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for care?
Yes. Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds can typically be used for visits and treatment at Arogyam. We can provide any documentation you need for reimbursement from your account.
Why doesn't Arogyam accept insurance directly?
Working outside insurance networks is what allows Dr. Boddipalli to offer longer appointments, personally coordinate your care, and build treatment plans around your specific needs — rather than around what a insurance-driven schedule allows. It's a structural choice made in service of the kind of care we believe you deserve.
What should I expect to pay?
We believe in transparency about cost. Our team will walk you through expected fees for your visit type before you're seen, so there are no surprises. Please contact our office for current pricing details.
Do you offer payment plans?
We understand that paying directly for care is a significant consideration. Please reach out to our office to discuss options — we're happy to work with you.
Is superbill submission complicated?
Not on your end. We handle the documentation; you simply submit the superbill to your insurer (many patients do this through their insurance company's online portal). Our staff is available to answer questions if you get stuck.
